Our structural engineering staff approaches every project with the goal of providing quality engineering services in structural analysis, design, inspection, and rehabilitation. We draw upon years of project experience to help make sure that both new and existing buildings, bridges, dams, energy facilities, electric transmission structures, and much more remain safe and functional for today’s uses.
Our experienced structural engineers provide analysis and design services for both existing structures and new facilities. We evaluate existing structures for load carrying capacity and increased loading. We also analyze and design structural modifications and specialized facilities.
Structural Analysis and Design Projects
GAI brings extensive experience in inspection and rehabilitation design for a range of structures including concrete dams, buildings, retaining walls, and transmission line towers. Our work includes failure investigations, evaluation and repair of deteriorated concrete and steel structures, structural movement investigations, designing repairs of deteriorated and damaged structures, construction administration and monitoring of repair work, construction cost estimating, preparing construction plans and specifications, repair recommendations and engineering report preparation, and non-destructive testing evaluations.
