As a planned expansion program for Affiliated GAI Companies, Inc. in 1982, GAI opened a southeast location in Orlando, Florida. GAI-Orlando began as a staff of six and has grown to over 100 professional engineers, architects, planners, surveyors, designers, engineering technicians and support personnel. Services include transportation/civil engineering, planning, surveying, construction management, landscape architecture and environmental services. Our clients include state, county & local agencies and municipalities, as well as numerous private developers.
