GAI’s staff members have been recognized and qualified as expert witnesses by regulatory agencies and courts of law with regard to utility negotiations, arbitrations, mediations, condemnation issues, and damages calculations, among others. GAI has provided litigation support services on such matters as:

• Product liability

GAI also provides utility regulatory services to both public and private utility systems. These services include assistance related to service area disputes, negotiation of wholesale/bulk water and wastewater service agreements, rate case proceedings, original certifications, and other such utility matters. Other related services include development of rules and regulations for utility systems, as well as preparation of ordinances and resolutions for governments that have taken regulatory control back from state agencies.
