Our experience with managing construction efforts for utility clients includes preparing bid documents for dams, pumping stations, and waterlines; providing construction administration, including pre-construction and progress meetings, approval of progress payments, and preparation of change orders; review and approval of shop drawings and materials; serving as liaison with government inspectors; providing full-time construction monitoring of earthwork, concrete placement, piping, and wetland mitigation; and conducting field and laboratory testing.
