Description: GAI's Orlando, Florida office has an opening for an Office Assistant, Part Time.
Qualifications:
- First person contact for the Corporation. Therefore, it is imperative that this individual is at the front desk and ready to work promptly at the scheduled start time for their shift.
- Answers incoming telephone lines, determines purpose of call, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department. Retrieves messages from voice mail and forwards to appropriate personnel.
- Greets and assists all clients, visitors, employees, as well as the general public.
- Maintains fax machines and assists users, when needed.
- Updates appointment calendars.
- Receives, sorts, and routes mail; sends out going parcels utilizing UPS, DHL, etc.
- Schedules conference rooms.
- One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings.

Description: GAI is looking for a Senior Director of Energy Services with intimate knowledge of the Florida energy market. This position will involve developing marketing strategies, establishing marketing priorities, coordinating all Florida work within the sector, assisting all Florida offices in obtaining staff and work, managing of appropriate projects, training and mentoring staff to market within the energy sector, managing the energy sector regional marketing budget (not sales budget), and, assisting managing officers and project managers on proposals. This position reports to the Managing Officer and will operate from either our Orlando or Jacksonville office.
Qualifications

Ten to fifteen years of experience in the electric utility industry in Florida

Description: Project Manager position with 7-10 years minimum experience. Must have experience in the planning, design and construction of water/wastewater/refuse facilities including treatment facilities and pipelines. Applicants will be expected to lead and work independently on assignments and in a team atmosphere and possess a proven track record in delivering projects within scope, schedule and budget and daily interaction with clients. Bachelors degree in either Civil, Environmental, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering required. A Masters degree in Environmental Engineering is a plus.
