The City of Boca Raton was first settled in 1895, and its original gold-domed Town Hall remains a distinctive historical landmark. In the 1980s, Boca Raton took control of its downtown district and curbed commercialization. Its residential areas and business districts are characterized by artful landscapes, decorated streetscapes, walkways, fountains, and Mediterranean and Spanish architectural themes. Billboards are not permitted, and the size and type of commercial buildings and signs are limited. This vision to improve the city, yet maintain its unique, attractive character, makes Boca Raton a beautiful and relaxing location for tourists and residents alike.

GAI’s Boca Raton office expands our water and wastewater engineering and management services in the region. Our professionals focus on assisting southeast Florida's city and county agencies and local water authorities capitalize on their water resources. GAI-Boca Raton is backed by our teams of electrical, mechanical, geotechnical, structural, environmental, transportation, civil, and construction engineers, as well as environmental and cultural resources specialists. We also offer comprehensive engineering services for clients in the energy, healthcare, transportation, real estate, industrial, institutional, and the federal, state, and municipal government markets.
