Senior Vice President and COO 

Senior Vice President and COO of GAI, J.M. "Rusty" Sievers joined GAI in 1990 as Senior Project Engineer, quickly moving into the Transportation Group Manager role. He coordinated the development of GAI's Jacksonville, Florida office starting in 1998 and became Managing Officer of the Orlando, Florida office in 2004. His successful career spans more than thirty-nine years in the planning, design, and construction of transportation-related and site development projects. He is well known in the industry for managing and participating in eminent domain projects, including expert witness testimony. Rusty was appointed Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President in January 2007, and now oversees GAI's expanding technical operations throughout its US offices.
