Senior Vice President and Southeast Regional Manager
Senior Vice President and Southeast Regional Manager J.M. "Rusty" Sievers, P.E., joined GAI in 1990 as a senior project engineer. He quickly became manager of GAI's transportation group. In 1998, he began coordinating the development of GAI-Jacksonville and became Managing Officer of the GAI-Orlando in 2004. Mr. Sievers' successful career spans more than 40 years in the planning, design, and construction of transportation-related and site development projects. He is well-known in the industry for managing and participating in eminent domain projects, including as an expert witness.
Mr. Sievers was appointed COO and senior vice president in January 2007, overseeing GAI's expanding technical operations throughout its U.S. offices. In 2009, he was named Southeast Regional Manager. His direction, as well his unique professional knowledge and years of experience, is helping GAI continue on its path of success and innovation.
