Executive Vice President, Senior Advisor 

Executive VP and Senior Advisor Larry Dodds joined GAI nearly 20 years ago. He developed GAI's Pittsburgh office Transportation Group from a few engineers to today's full-time level of about 40 engineering design professionals. He became Senior Vice President of Technical Operations and Chief Operations Officer in December, 2003, responsible for corporate-wide management, inter-office coordination, and direction of technical services and performance. Named as Senior Advisor in January 2007, Larry provides leadership and direction to advance existing and new technological services in all GAI offices. He also incorporates new and acquired offices into the GAI corporation.
