Vice President and CFO 

Karl Palvisak joined GAI-Orlando as a staff accountant in 1992. Within five years he was named Accounting Manager. Mr. Palvisak was personally responsible for the success of GAI's recent accounting consolidation efforts in spearheading the blending of two separate accounting systems between GAI's former subsidiary companies. In January 2004, Mr. Palvisak was appointed CFO and now oversees GAI's corporate accounting staff. He is also responsible for implementing GAI's new Deltek system, which provides for data sharing among all GAI's offices, enhancing accuracy and efficiency for our clients' invoicing and billing requirements.
