Assistant Vice President and CIO 

When Jay joined GAI in 1995, he was tasked with developing an information technology team to network the Pittsburgh Office and equip each employee with the hardware and software required to meet client expectations. Jay is now our Chief Information Officer and Assistant Vice President, where he directs the overall planning and direction of our information technology systems, and provides state-of-the-art data, media, and voice services to meet staff and client requirements throughout the company.
