As GAI's Chief Human Resources Officer, David Mollish brings a significant amount of domestic and international human resources and environmental, health & safety (EHS) experience. Before joining GAI, Mr. Mollish managed a multi-state human resources and EHS department that had responsibilities throughout the U.S, as well as Puerto Rico and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. He has experience with corporate restructuring initiatives, acquisitions, developing strategic learning programs for management and staff, formalized leadership reviews, succession planning programs, fatality investigations, and world-class EHS programs.
As Chief Human Resources Officer, Mr. Mollish plans, administers, and directs all human resources activities at GAI. These responsibilities include benefit administration, recruiting, EHS, compensation, EEO, strategic learning and development, employment transactions, management development, and corporate policies and procedures.
