Assistant Vice President and Chief Human Resources/Safety Officer

As Assistant Vice President and Chief Human Resources/Safety Officer, David Mollish, MA, MBA, brings a significant amount of domestic and international human resources and environmental, health, and safety (EHS) experience. Before joining GAI, Mr. Mollish managed a multi-state human resources and EHS department with responsibilities throughout the U.S, as well as Puerto Rico and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. He has experience with corporate restructuring initiatives, acquisitions, strategic learning programs for management and staff, formalized leadership reviews, succession planning programs, fatality investigations, and world-class EHS programs.

As Chief Human Resources/Safety Officer, Mr. Mollish plans, administers, and directs all human resources activities at GAI. These responsibilities include benefit administration, recruiting, EHS, compensation, EEO, strategic learning and development, employment transactions, management development, and corporate policies and procedures.
