Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer

Anthony F. Morrocco, P.E., P.L.S., began his role as GAI’s Senior Vice President and COO on Jan. 1, 2009. In 2011, he was named Executive Vice President. Mr. Morrocco has been a leader within GAI for more than 20 years, beginning as a project manager in the transportation group. Leading his teams on a number of assignments for the City of Pittsburgh, Mr. Morrocco quickly identified the need for industrial, commercial, and residential land development services at GAI and established land development and professional survey groups within the company.

For five years, Mr. Morrocco led GAI-Pittsburgh as Managing Officer. During that time, the office realized a significant increase in project work and grew from nearly 200 to more than 400 employees. This rapid growth prompted the construction of a second office building for the Pittsburgh branch, which Mr. Morrocco led as project manager.

Now, as COO and Executive Vice President, he provides visionary and strategic leadership to GAI's new regional organization.
