Often Recognized for Our "Can-Do" Culture
We can and we do take on your challenges, large or small, because we are grounded in our work ethic, our values, and our commitment to completing every project with our client's success in mind.
Respect for Each Other
But our can-do culture also means we can and we do respect each other, our clients, and our community. Respect among our employees is without question. Clients often remark how well our teams work together, sharing ideas and coming to a consensus that is in the project's best interest.
"I like working for GAI because it provides me an opportunity to grow as both a person and a skilled professional ... The people here are more like an extended family. I'm treated like a real person here, not just a number." GAI employee, Employee survey
Respect for Our Clients
And getting the project done right takes a sincere respect for our clients. Our project teams take you and your project seriously. Your challenge becomes ours. Your solution is a result of our loyalty.
"People who know me, know I don't throw these terms around to easily, but your guys did a great job on the Wenzell submission." City of Pittsburgh Engineer
Respect for Our Communities
GAI is committed to helping the communities we live in grow and develop. We strongly encourage all employees to become active volunteers in our communities. Some of the organizations we work with on a regular basis include the Department of Transportation's Adopt-a-Highway program, American Red Cross, American Heart Association, Homes for Our Troops, and Habitats for Humanity. Many GAI employees serve as volunteers in their local church, school, and sport activities, planning commissions or zoning boards. Many offer their professional engineering and environmental experience to help with community projects.
